Modern Data Platform for Healthcare Analytics

The challenge

Data was scattered across legacy databases and spreadsheets. Analysts could not get a single view of operations, and reporting was slow and often outdated. HIPAA compliance had to be maintained throughout.

The solution

We designed and built a modern data platform on Snowflake and Azure with dbt for transformations. We implemented row-level security, encryption, and audit logging to meet HIPAA requirements. Pipelines unified 25+ sources into a single analytics layer.

Outcomes

The organization now has real-time dashboards and self-serve analytics. Over 25 data sources are unified, and the platform maintains full HIPAA compliance with documented controls.
